Bei anderen Anbietern kostet alleine schon die Lederscheide soviel wie hier Messer und Schutz. Gute Verarbeitung, gute Schneideleistung. Vielleicht ein bisschen leicht, aber 1A.

Wirklich schönes Messer! Rein optisch gefällt das Messer sehr gut und liegt auch gut in der Hand. Zur Qualität kann ich noch nichts sagen, da ich das Messer erst seit einigen Tagen besitze.

Bought this to cut myself stakes from joints of ribye. Very sharp and well balanced I put it down caught the handle with my elbow and it's spun 360 on work surface and caught my finger very impressed though was my own stupid fault I got cut.

Beautiful knife . Very sharp straight out of over the top box . Great for producing ultra fine slices. There was a very slight burr on the handle but I am picky Overall I love this knife and it has been finished very well. Very nice

The media could not be loaded. what more can I say, this knife is built to a high quality using premium German steel. The handle is not perfect but is not something that bothers me too much unless I'm quite picky. See video for explanation. Not as well known as Wusthof or Dalstrong but Zelite's mid range knife has set a good example for what to expect from their knives. You can even save nearly £15 by going for the Comfort Pro version which is nearly the same (handle is different). If you want a good knife, made of quality steel that won't cost you an arm and a leg, I'd give this a go. Overall, at this price point, I don't think you can get anything better unless you go for an even less known company who is trying to enter the market with cheap, quality products. I really wanted to give this the 5th star but the handle takes away from the knife's perfection.

Wow what a knife, I love this product, its very sharp out the box so does not slip, easy and comfatable to hold with a great weight, comes in a very nice sheath and box at a resonable price, over all great knife will be buying more from this brand in the future.

Ordering, despatch, packaging and delivery was first class. Thank you. Short of a decent carving knife in my kit, I found this Zelite 10" Chef's Knifeon line and researching the grade of steel gave me a good quality product at an affordable price. The knife is beautifully boxed and is a real beast ! Good weight and comfortable to hold. I first used it on the remnants of a day-old joint of topside and it sliced well. Very sharp ! So use with extreme caution !! Love it !

Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Messer, er schneidet sehr sehr gut, liegt super in der Hand, ich weiß noch nicht wie es mit der Zeit sein wird aber bis jetzt super Messer. Einziges Manko, weswegen auch 1 Sternabzug, finde ich die Spitze. Diese ist sehr sehr empfindlich. Ich halte den Messer in einer Holzhalterung die speziell für Messer ist und leider ist die Spitze abgebogen, ich glaube dies soll nicht passieren bei einem Markenmesser, dies ist ja nur vom Eigengewicht passiert, aber für diesen Preis finde ich es immer noch ein unschlagbares Angebot. Und das Messer nur in der eigenen Box zu halten kommt nicht in Frage, weil diese auch riesig ist.

Im not a professional chef altough i love to cook. Its super sharp and a joy to use. Love having the leather sleeve to keep it perfect. The customer service is the best i have ever had. If you have a problem they deal with it instantly. I had a minor one and the knife was replaced without question. To be honest i highly doubt you will have a problem with the quality, mine was just a rare one off. I Will buy all my knifes from here now and recommend to friends too.

Really decent knife for its price range.. Stays sharpe for a long time,good weight for my personal liking and the handle is really comfortable.. It comes in a fantastic box and leather case . The only weakness is the actual ballance,but it's not that important ,I guess It really worth trying it .

It’s the sharpest knife I’ve ever had (although I’ve never had a wusthoff or equivalent). It came in a nice box and had a sheath, which was very important as I don’t have a knife block. Out of the box, it was super sharp and a few weeks in, still is very sharp, so sharp that I’ve sliced the tip of my nail without any effort. It also has a nice feel and balance, which makes chopping and slicing a breeze!

Well balanced knife, comfortable to use. Carved chicken last night, cuts very easily with little effort. Be careful this knife is sharp. Only put 3 stars for durability as only used twice so far.

So far so good. Great knife, sharp, easy to hold and looks good too. I have already left a review for the seller, but do have to add they go above and beyond. Asked for advice re honing/sharpening and got an email with lots of advice and details, so much more than I expected. Really do recommend these knives and the seller and unreservedly. Look forward to adding to my collection. Hard to comment on durability as only just got the knife but expect good things.

It's not a brand of knife that I was familiar with, I've got some Global and Sabatier, and some other knives. Zelite seemee to have good reviews though so I took a punt on a 4" paring (Japanese Alpha Royal) and this 7" Santoku. First thing. The knife is sharp, no argument there, but it's a spanking new blade and there'd be something seriously wrong if it wasn't. Next, it feels well made even if it is made in China. There's some nice detail to the design and each part fits the next precisely. Next thing, it's comfortable to hold and use. There's a nice weight and balance to the blade. I like the Santoku style of knife over the traditional chef knife that I've always used in the past. I've not made much use of it yet. But what I have cut has been effortless. Now I hope it holds its edge well - if it does then I can't fault it.

Really like this knife, and when it arrived I was thrilled with the packaging. It is quite big - think I maybe should have gone for the 8" but this is preference and takes nothing away from the product. My only concern is it isn't quite as sharp as perhaps I imagined it would be, slicing through some onions and on a couple of occasions, it didn't quite slice all the way through. Could just be me though! Overall nice knife, nice presentation, a little on the pricey side for similar products, but I would recommend.

Attn: You are dealing with Rolls Royce here in both service and quality and is exceptional to see in a retail maerket these days , but believe me here you are and with a very good price. Each knife comes in its own unique box and is very descriptive and has a sheath and more guarantees of performance than you can think of, and even a personal note from the owner in the UK. Recommend 150%, have no worries!!!!!" There is only on eproblem with this knife and that is it is just so sharp. A great knofe to use but could really do with a protective sleeve to keep it safe. We keep it in its (lovely) box although not the most convenient way to store it.

The product was safely but beautifully packaged. The knife was bought as a present and went down well with the recipient. It is 10 inches in length and exceptionally sharp so should be used carefully. However, it does exactly what it is supposed to do. I would thoroughly recommend the product and the company for their personal touch.
